Roadworthy Testing
At Retreat Roadworthy we test all light motor vehicles, motorbikes, trailers & caravans. Prebooking is not required. All tests are immediately captured to the Natis system. A test takes about 30 minutes and should the vehicle not pass the initial test, a list of faults is issued and the client may return within 14 days for a FREE retest.
Safety & Prepurchase Checks
Going on a trip? Retreat Roadworthy offers you the option of giving your vehicle a safety check. In addition prepurchase tests can assist you in making that decision to buy a second hand car. These tests offer peace of mind and put safety first.
Suspension & Brake Tests
The suspension of the car is determined by the condition of the shock absorbers which RRC can test for you. With a brake analysis the brakes are tested for their stopping ability. The brakes are also tested for vibration and noise.
SABS Number Plates
We make up acrylic plates in all sizes. SABS approved, we cater for all provinces.

Microdot Technology
Designed to make it difficult for thieves to conceal the true identity of vehicle owners, microdot technology is the latest in anti-theft devices. Uniquely coded markers are added to the vehicle which can identify the owner even when engine or chassis numbers have been removed.
SAPS Engine Clearance
When a vehicles engine or chassis number has changed, SAPS engine clearance is required before the vehicle can be re-registered. The vehicle must be presented with the correct paperwork for clearance. We can assist with this process, taking the vehicle to the authorities on your behalf and having the process completed in next to no time.
Licence & Registration
Not a fan of queues? We offer a 24 hour turnaround for the collection of your vehicle licencing and registration documentation. We also assist with licensing of overseas and/or special design vehicles. Do you have fleet of vehicles? Talk to us about the maintenance of licensing of your fleet.
